was looking forward to be back to work after 2 days of training... in e end it turned out to b a BAD day for me man...
tell u wat happened.. my duty for today was tending e reception. okie tt's wat i usually assigned to.. today is sat.. weekends normally had coporate roadshows next door of us..
so as expected.. many ppl will asked where is e roadshow held.. i HAVE to direct to them where is it.. den.. while i'm attending to 2 of cust in front of my table, this couple juz cut thru n ask me questions.. at tt moment, there's quite alot ppl queueing behind e 2 cust i'm attending to.
in e first place cant e couple see tt there's sooo many ppl queueing n i'm busy wif my stuff? cant they juz join e queue?
wat makes me sooo furious was, they asked me this:
e guy: "i hav one line under my name n i wish to transfer it to her*pointing to e lady*. so how can i do it?"
den e gal interupt: "n i hav one line under my name n i enjoy coporate rates. i would like to upgrade my contract. where should i do it n which one should we do 1st?"
i asked them whether e line under e guy wish to enjoy coporate rates.
they interuptted said tt i dun understand! wat e hell? i din even start explaining..
ok, for both matters are totally DIFFERENT matters. they linked them together. i tried to explain to them is diff matters, but they dun let me. nvm tt's not all..
i said: "u can proceed to next door to get ur contract upgraded n den..." I WAS CUT BY E LADY AGAIN! she said: "u dun understand wat i'm talking abt??" damn lo... cant even finish wat i'm saying..
den i said: "den u can go transfer ur ownership first den come dw here again to upgrade ur plan."
she commented: "y u STAHUB likes to make things so inconvienece? cant i do it here?
can i do my contract next door first?"
i said: "yes u can..." den she said: "y u din say so earlier? huh? u sounded so unsure... wat's ur name? u better be careful i tell u..."
at tt moment i'm on e edge of tears lo.. i showed her my pass n told her: "MY NAME IS MEIMEI!"
wah lau i fed up le lo... den e 2 of them walked away... to next door..
den e 2 cust i ws attending earlier was like dumbfounded... 1 of them said: "wat an irritating customer? u did a good job man yeah u did a good job."
i dunno whether to cry or to laugh at tt point of time.. so damn angry today lo.
finally typed out wat i wanna say le.. so xin ku... next time pls dun let me meet this kind of cust again pls... i'll cry on e spot lo. cant stand it.
need to calm down first.
